Hosting and Server Location
Our website is hosted on servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The host is Vercel Inc. There is a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum, DPA) with Vercel according to Art. 28 GDPR.
Since Vercel is based in the USA, a data transfer to the USA cannot be completely excluded. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on which the EU Commission's adequacy decision relies for the transfer.
Order Processing and Service Providers
If we use service providers to process personal data on our behalf, we conclude data processing contracts with them according to Art. 28 GDPR. Service providers may only process data according to our instructions and for the agreed purposes. The service providers and tools we use are listed in our privacy policy.
Technical and Organizational Measures
We protect personal data through appropriate technical and organizational measures according to Art. 32 GDPR. These include:
