From device provisioning to full lifecycle - OwnIT digitizes and automates the entire COPE process for IT and employees.
1. Device provisioning
IT defines device standards, manufacturers, and configurations. OwnIT takes over procurement, configuration, and delivery - directly to employees or centrally to the company.
2. Management & MDM
All devices are automatically integrated into the MDM system. Security policies, updates, and configurations are rolled out centrally and automatically - without manual intervention and optionally with API integration.
3. Usage by employees
Employees receive their device including clear usage guidelines for private use - transparently, traceably, and legally documented.
4. Lifecycle & return
At the end of the usage period, OwnIT coordinates the return, GDPR-compliant data erasure, and, if necessary, preparation or sustainable recycling of the device.

Yes. dedicom operates all programs in compliance with GDPR and ISO-27001 standards — with DPA, a seamless audit trail, and certified data deletion with each device return.
After 12, 24, or 36 months, the device is returned — with certified data deletion. Alternatively, the term can be extended. In the event of employee departure, dedicom fully coordinates the return.
dedicom handles the entire procurement and setup process — including the portal in corporate design, MDM integration, and communication materials for internal introduction. The exact schedule is individually coordinated.
