Tobias Wiest brings extensive experience primarily in the fields of finance and IT. Before dedicom, he was Chief Business Officer at Usercentrics and began his career at the Reimann Family Office as an Investment Associate. He completed a Master in Business in Rotterdam and at Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Tobias has lived in Munich for over 15 years and drives dedicom's vision forward, creating access to modern technology that everyone can afford.

Managing Director & Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Jan Forster is Chief Growth Officer - focusing on making dedicom the reference point for employee technology in Germany. He brings experience from leadership positions at the Nemetschek Group and NFON, where he served as CMO and board member. At dedicom, he is responsible for growth, partnerships, and building scalable sales structures — with the aim of making IT benefits accessible for companies of all sizes.
